Orders are processed and shipped from our domestic warehouse within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Total delivery time is 4–9 business days, including processing and shipping time.

6. Shipping Rates

Orders under $30 are subject to a $4.99 shipping fee. Orders $30 and over qualify for free shipping.

7. Taxes

Sales tax may apply depending on your location and will be added at checkout.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

9. Order Cancellation & Changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes after checkout. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Refunds for approved cancellations are processed promptly. Banks may take up to 5 business days to complete the refund process.

Address changes may be requested within 30 minutes after checkout. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and relevant photos.
