Are all items handmade and will there be differences?
Every felt ornament is fully handmade from shaping to fine details, so no two pieces are exactly the same, and slight differences in expressions and proportions naturally exist, which are unique characteristics of handcrafted work instead of flaws.
How do I care for my felt items?
Felt is gentle by nature. To keep your piece looking its best, avoid getting it wet, and spot clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality wool felt and safe daily materials, our felt pieces are soft, durable and not easy to deform, very suitable for long-term indoor display and daily gift use.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders under $30 are subject to a $4.99 shipping fee. Orders $30 and over qualify for free shipping.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.For unused and undamaged items, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us first to initiate the return process.
What if I’m not happy with the quality or it arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days. Is my package lost?
Don't worry! "Sketchy" tracking is often caused by two things: local weather and logistics sync. Heavy snow or wind can occasionally delay scans at our local postal hubs. Also, our shipping partner’s system sometimes takes 24-48 hours to fully sync with the USPS network. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, I promise to investigate and ensure you are taken care of.
